🏗️ World Generation & Structure Fixes

  • Fix NullPointerException during Virtual Chunk Generation (registryAccess()):
    • Fixed an issue where virtual chunk generation failed with NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraft.world.level.LevelAccessor.registryAccess()" because "this.level" is null.
    • VirtualStructureManager now properly provides access to RegistryAccess for feature placement and structure checks during the FEATURES generation step.
    • Ensures full compatibility with structure-aware vanilla features and modded dimension/biome features.

Adds Configuration options and now supports Cloth Config
