Lets you stack dimensions using rifts to create vertically stacked dimensions
What's new
Rewrote the mod internals. Everything is about 9000x cleaner now.
Portals now have a 1-second cooldown before reactivation.
Portal blocks now emit max light.
The portal structure is now generated on first placement, and is no longer regenerated.
The portal structure now has open walls.
Random teleportation into the sky should no longer happen.
