Dimension Mutability

This mod allows players to sleep and pass time in other dimensions (separate from the overworld). it also allows other dimensions to have weather patterns separate from the overworld.

Currently in versions 1.16 through 1.19.2 Mojang has left all the level properties of any dimension that is not the overworld as unmodifiable, leading to bugs like https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-188578

Mojang claimed it will be added in the next prerelease...well, it wasn't in 1.6.2-pre1, and wasn't in pre2, maybe they'll remember this "feature request" bug fix in 1.20? For now, here is a fix for you guys.

Fabric only, open source MIT license to copy it to forge mixins if you wish. (looks like someone took me up on that offer dimension-mutability-forge )
