Disabled potion particles for mobs

Added ruby copper tools and armor

Added some enchantments:

Chipped - A curse that makes tools/armor have a chance to take aditional durability damage

Fat headed - A curse that makes the helmet display on the players screen

Tight Fit - A curse that disable natural regen when wearing armor using it

Momentum - allows the player to gradually increase in speed
