What's new
- Added the ability to run commands on offline players
- This changes the player field in most commands to a string field (no more username autofill)
- Added the "/econ allusers" command
- Lists every user on the server that has a balance (including offline players)
- Will also show their balances if the "viewOtherBalances" gamerule is enabled
- Added the "/adminecon delete" command, which currently has no use and errors on execution
- Changed "/econ showBalanceAfterTransaction" to "/econ autobalance"
- Changed "/adminecon giveCheck" to "/adminecon check"
- Removed all uppercase letters from commands (E.G. "/econ depositAll" is now "/econ depositall")
- Changed currency from "$" to "Di" (Short for Diamonds)
- Fixed an issue with the "/econ withdraw" command when your balance is under $1
- Minor changes to messages
