This alpha update adds the first prerelease of the Diabetes update! 

By typing in /diabetesmode_true, you get an insulin pump and everytime you run for too long, your bloodsugar goes low and you need to eat Dextro Energy. If you stay still too long, you will get high and need to run a bit to get normal again. If you eat Dextro Energy while you are normal, you will get high. To check your bloodsugar level, right click the pump and click the button "Show" that will appear in a GUI.

I will not list all things specifically that are added, because this is only a alpha test version.
