DevJG's FullBright

This version adds a new feature. When you enable it on the GUI (open with /fb) it works like an auto-brightness. This new mode automatically changes the brightness of your game depending on if you are in a dark place or not. This means you can still see the shadows of blocks when you are on the surface but have the same benefits as normal fullbright when mining!
