dog- kill the new "dog" mob to obtain its soul ,upgrade a cat disc with it in a smithing table.
kill the omfg toast creature to obtain its soul and upgrade a disc template with it (crafted by surrounding redstone block with dried kelp blocks.
obtain the GOD SAVE THE KING disc by upgrading a disc template with tea drink crafted with water bottle and tea leaf.
obtain sneaky snitch disc by surrounding disc template with wool and phantom membrane in crafting grid.
