Devil Fruits

New things:
-Player's Ice Statue can now be Steve and Alex (depending what the frozen player was)
-Command to remove a devil fruit from the world available list
-A third version of Ope Ope no mi's Shambles ability has been added, this one allow you to select two target, then switch their position when you want it (Obviously only in room)
-New Kairoseki blocks : Kairoseki Fence, Pure Kairoseki Fence, Kairoseki Bars, Pure Kairoseki Bars
-A new ability were given to Logia allowing them to willingly disable their invulnerability
-Armament Haki has been added : Coating - Hardening, Full Coating - Hardening, Coating - Aura and Imbuing - Hardening
-Observation Haki has been added : Presence Sensing and Improved Presence Sensing

Modifications :
-You can know hit logia by holding something made of Kairoseki, but it also drain them a bit
-Mera Mera no mi's fire form now burn the entities you are riding.
-Devil fruits are a litle bit rarer
-Increase of Phoenix and Hybrod Phoenix transformations health.
-The devil fruit energy consumption has been fully changed
-The bird flying mechanic was fully changed.
-Triceratops health was slightly changed
-The way of generating Bomu Bomu no mi's explosions has been changed.
-Now, every commands start with /df

Bug fix :
-Zoan transformation disable other passive abilities when activated
-Blow abilities cooldown were never starting
-Kilo Kilo no mi abilities needed to be disable before activating another
-In rare case, a second devil fruit could be generated in a loot chest
-When eating a second devil fruit, only the second where returned into circulation, you were keeping the first
-In multiplayer, Phoenix and Hybrid-Phoenix weren't shown correctly when flying
-It was possible to use the 1 to 9 key shortcut in the ability list in order to put ability in your inventory
-Propulsion abilities were consuming any energy
-When dying, the overused effect were taking some time before being displayed.

Details :
-Armament haki is take into account when using Triceratops's charge, Triceratops heavy fall and Kilo Kilo no mi heavy fall
-You can summon entity able to use haki (not visually) through command : /summon minecraft:zombie x y z {Tags:["armament_aura"]}
-Using the armament haki imbuing ability while sneaking imbues your off-hand item
-By coating armament haki, you are immune to : thorn enchant damage and Mera Mera no mi's fire form fire damage (only when you are the one hiting)
-Mera Mera no mi's fire lance can be blocked whith a shield
-Every Zoan form can coat armament haki (visually)
