Devil Blood

-Edited the Devil Armor model
-Slightly shrunk the Blood Devil's hitbox
-Slightly edited the iridium armor and tool's textures
-Slightly edited the Devil Armor's texture
-Gave the Chaos Devil an attack animation
-Gave the Withered Devil a Scythe
-Slightly lowered the Scythe's damage (again)
-Made wearing Full Obsidian Armor slow you down (I planned to make it so that each piece would give you an additional level of slowness but I dont quite know how to do that yet and I need to get this version out ASAP because of the Biomes O' Plenty fix so this is just how it is for now)
-Made Obsidian Armor actually unrepairable
-ACTUALLY FIXED BIOMES O' PLENTY COMPATABILITY LETS GOOOOOOOOOO

-Archived versions 0.6 and 0.7 because they didn't work unless Biomes O' Plenty was installed
