Destiny X TaCZ

Added 5 new perks:   

Invective: This weapon regenerates ammo over time. Fully automatic.
The Mountain Top: This weapon fires a high-speed micro-missile in a straight line and deals reduced self-damage. Can be usesd to launch yourself.
Feeding Frenzy (For The Recluse, Thunderlord, Hammerhead, Origin Story, and Arc Logic): Each rapid kill with this weapon progressively increases reload speed for a short time.

Vex Mythoclast: 

Timeless Mytoclast: This weapon fires singular bolts in full auto. When the magazine is emptied, ammo is pulled from across timelines to refill it based on the number of shots landed.

Temporal Unlimiter: Defeating targets builds stacks of Overcharge. When fully Overcharged, swap firing modes. In this mode, hold the trigger to charge up and fire Linear Fusion Rifle shots that cause an ignition on precision final blows.

The Recluse:

Master of Arms: Kills with any weapon improve this weapon's damage for a short time.

Fixed an issue with Outlaw where the buff would not be removed after 6 seconds if the weapon was not reloaded, like it does in Destiny.
Changed how Witherhoard perk behaves, now it spawns a pool instead of a cube of damage.
Decreased Thorn corruption spread radius from 3 blocks to 2, and removed custom particles to help with the FPS. Thanks to @williamkid for letting me know about the FPS drop.
Added ignition on headshot kill to Ice Breaker.
