Desire Paths For Fabric

Desire Paths 1.5.3 for 1.15.1 and 1.15.2

Fixes an issue with textures packs, you don't need to update if you're not using one.

fixes:

• - Texture packs with multiple texture options on block models that desirepaths uses disallows loading them and sometimes shows a purple-black no texture block.
• - Now using the new system for getting the biome colour for grass.
