Demise

Adds a new item called a "Forge Star".

Recipe for a "Forge Star": WitherSkull, WitherSkull, WitherSkull - EndCrystal, NetherStar, EndCrystal - EndCrystal, DragonEgg, EndCrystal...

A "Forge Star" calls down stab(normal) and nuke(crouch to do) shots where you look when you press rightclick.

If you die holding a "Forge Star" your world will become almost unplayable.
