Delta Edition Tweaks

Delta Tweaks has multiple features

1. Adds bedrocksidian, a new material
2. Adds a dimensionnal dependent tools, weapon, armor and shield durability
3. Adds another set of beginner tools
4. Fused gamemodes:
5. Access to Creative mode through interaction with command block
6. Access to Spectator mode through interaction with repeater command block
7. Access to Adventure mode through interaction with chain command block
8. Adds new barrels and pots with storage GUIs
9. Adds one music disc (Credit to JJCraft31)
10. Removed the ability to set a spawn point in a different dimension than the one you are found
11. Dying in a dimension makes you respawn inside it.
12. Adds Oinkium
