The mod is a bit different than other infection mods, it adds a block that deletes previously infected blocks instead of leaving them be, as well as a new dimension, biomes, a new ore that's stronger than netherite, and a way to stop the infection. This gives off the vibe that your world is being "deleted"
The purifier is your way to go. Craft it by traveling to all 3 vanilla dimensions and the deleted realm, aquire special materials, and solve the conflict.
Be careful, though, the purifier only works for 30 days.
You only have a certain amount of time before the infection grows too big, so, hurry up!
This mod is probably best for speedrunning, since it takes so long to get to the end with most players, like me, and the infection grows kind of fast.
