Dehydrated adds a thirst mechanic to Minecraft, expanding survival gameplay and making hydration just as important as food. Just like hunger, thirst decreases over time and must be managed carefully if you want to survive the harsh world.
Features:
-
Thirst Bar – A new HUD bar that works alongside hunger. Stay hydrated to avoid negative effects!
-
Dirty & Purified Water – Collect dirty water from rivers and lakes. Drinking it directly can cause poison, nausea, and hunger. Cook it in a furnace or campfire to purify it.
-
Water Sacks – Carry water with you using reusable sacks. They show their fill level with a durability bar and can switch between dirty and purified states.
-
Hydrating Foods – Some foods (like melon, mushroom stew, and others) restore small amounts of thirst in addition to hunger.
