Default Spawn Dimension NeoForge

Default Spawn Dimension lets server owners choose the dimension used for first-time players and for respawns without a valid personal spawn point.

Features
- Configure the default dimension in defaultspawn-server.toml.
- Find a safe spawn location in vanilla and modded dimensions.
- Handle the End, void-like dimensions, and custom dimensions.
- Keep personal beds and respawn anchors as the highest priority.
- Create a small obsidian emergency platform when no natural terrain is available.

Configuration
Set default_spawn_dimension to a dimension ID such as minecraft:overworld, minecraft:the_nether, minecraft:the_end, or a modded dimension ID.
