What's new

Initial release.

- Added Decorative Beacon block to the Functional Blocks creative tab.
- Implemented a custom GUI (Right-Click) with toggles for Beam State (On/Off) and Pass-Through Blocks mode.
- Implemented direct color dyeing mechanism on Right-Click with any vanilla dye item.
- Added vanilla-accurate beam color blending when placing stained glass above the beacon.
- Added a shapeless crafting recipe using a Vanilla Beacon, Redstone, Lapis, Diamond, Emerald, and Ingots (Iron, Copper, Gold, Netherite).
- Optimized beam rendering to use native vanilla rendering pipelines for zero performance impact.
