With this mod you can disable any of daylight phases (day, evening, night, morning), rain and creeper explosions.

Commands:

UPD to version 2.0: Added GUI like in NEI:

1. LMB on phases buttons to enable this phase
2. LMB on rain button to toggle rain
3. LMB on explosion button to create explosion near player

RMB on all buttons to toggle enabled/disabled.
