Teleport a configurable distance near your death

I realized having to travel hundreds of blocks to retrieve my items did not enhance my experience, though keepInventory degrades it. The solution is that you can use the /death command to teleport a configurable distance to your point of death. The distance within structures is also configurable so that you can get back into the fight sooner!
