Fixed

• Fixed a client crash that occurred when opening the DeathLens death history with the H key while playing Minecraft 26.1.2 or 26.2.
• Prevented the history screen from submitting the background and blur layers a second time during the same frame under Minecraft 26.x's new render-state extraction system.
• The death history screen now leaves background rendering to Minecraft's standard screen lifecycle and extracts only its own interface elements.

Validation

• The Minecraft 26.1.2 and 26.2 targets were built successfully.
• All 12 automated tests passed for both targets.
• The history screen was tested in copies of a real world containing 20 saved death records. Repeated Esc/H close-and-reopen cycles completed without a crash.
• The target Minecraft version and Java 25 requirement were verified in each JAR's metadata.

Upgrade Note

Remove the old DeathLens 0.2.0 JAR from your mods folder and install only the 0.2.1 JAR that matches your Minecraft version. Do not keep multiple DeathLens versions in the mods folder at the same time.
