Death Screen Messages

Adds a simple list of configurable messages to display on the death screen.

Adds a list of death messages that may appear when you die.

These messages are configurable in death-screen-messages.json.

Simply edit the list of messages to change the rotation. Every message has an equal random chance of appearing.
