Death Point Marker

Initial release.

After you die, shows a HUD line with the compass bearing, distance and coordinates back to your last death point, and hides once you are within 3 blocks or in another dimension. Reads the same server-side 'last death position' the vanilla Recovery Compass uses, so it works with doImmediateRespawn, survives relogging, and never points at a death from another world or server. No item or crafting required. Client-side only, safe on any server.
