Death Angels Enhanced is an addon focused on extreme stealth and survival horror, created to expand and improve upon the acclaimed Death Angels mod by Pyro_OS. This add-on completely overhauls the monsters' auditory artificial intelligence, turning every misstep into a death sentence.

If you make a noise, they will hear it. And they won't stop until they find you.

💀 Key Features & Mechanics

Relentless Hearing and Extreme Distances: The monsters now have extremely heightened senses. Sprinting or taking fall damage attracts their attention within a 384-block radius. Jumps and explosions echo for an incredible 512 blocks!
Absolute Stealth (Sneaking): The sneaking mechanic is your greatest ally. While crouching, you are 100% inaudible. You can walk, break blocks, place blocks, and even fall from short heights without triggering any sound alerts for the monsters.
On-Screen Noise Meter (HUD): To aid in your survival, the mod adds an intuitive noise bar just above your hotbar. It indicates in real-time how much noise you are making, warning you when you are "100% SILENT" or emitting a "LOUD NOISE!".
Environmental Destruction: Death Angels no longer stand still staring at nothing when they reach the source of a sound. If they arrive at the location and you aren't there, they will enter a frenzy, destroying doors, glass, wood, and fragile blocks around them in search of their prey.
Persistent yet Smart AI: As soon as they hear a sound, they sprint at high speed in your direction. However, if the sound came from an unreachable location or if they get stuck on the way, they will give up the chase after 15 seconds, clear their memory, and return to patrolling the map.

🤫 Safe Zones & Silent Blocks

Sneaking around all the time can be exhausting. To create safe routes and protected bases, the mod introduces a sound-absorbing block system. Walking on the following blocks, even while standing up, will not make any noise:

Vanilla: Wool, Carpets, Sand, and Red Sand.
Mod Items: Sandbags and Trapdoors.

Survival Tip: Line the floor of your base with carpets and create sand paths to move quickly without attracting the end of the world.
