Fixed the issue where undead hunters could not climb walls. 
Fixed the mechanism of hunter's movement energy consumption, now it will correctly consume energy. 
Fixed the issue of rotation failure for hunters and departments. 
Department's overheating laser cooldown reduced by 1 second, decreased the damage of overheating laser, maximum calibration layers increased to 5, optimized the feel of removing calibration. 
Fixed the department's damage reduction: previously, it decreased 15% per hit until it reached 0 and then increased 15% vulnerability per hit. Now it decreases 1% damage per hit, and when it reaches 0, it increases 1% vulnerability per hit. Also, now using a skill restores 5% damage reduction / reduces 5% vulnerability.
