1. SCOPE AND OWNERSHIP
This notice covers original Dead Channel ARG code, story text, documentation,
and assets in which Wolf Hudson holds applicable intellectual property rights.
No ownership is transferred to players by downloading or using the mod.

2. PERMITTED USE
You may download legitimately distributed copies, install the mod, and play
it in Minecraft, including on private servers. You may make backup copies
for that use. These permissions are non-exclusive and do not transfer ownership.

3. OTHER USES
Except as permitted above, by applicable law, or by a separate applicable
license, copying, modifying, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or reusing
protected project material requires prior written permission from Wolf Hudson.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL
Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft Forge, the Forge development kit,
and other third-party code, assets, names, and trademarks remain the property
of their respective rights holders. Their licenses and notices remain in
effect and take precedence for their material. This notice does not replace
or restrict permissions granted by those licenses.

5. AI ASSISTANCE
Dead Channel ARG was made with AI assistance. This notice asserts rights only
where applicable law recognizes them; it does not create exclusive copyright
in material that is not eligible for copyright protection, including purely
AI-generated material where human authorship is required.

6. DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the mod is provided "AS IS",
without warranties of any kind. To that same extent, the rights holder is
not liable for damages arising from its use. Mandatory legal rights remain
unaffected.

This is a project license notice, not a government copyright registration,
certificate of title, or transfer of rights belonging to another person.
