What's new

-Fixed walkie station list desync so it now reflects active tower broadcasts only (plus Emergency Broadcast), without stale historical station entries.

-Fixed panel off-state audio behavior so turning a panel off correctly results in no signal and fully stops music instead of dropping to quiet playback.

-Improved known-tower update/dedup logic so station swaps replace prior tower station state cleanly.

-Improved panel station/off sync behavior so Dead Air UI state updates more reliably with tower power/station changes.
