Adds a new enchantments (De-Glint Enchantment) that allows you to hide the enchantment glint that's on your enchanted tools without
removing any enchantment so you can hide how truly powerful you are
The new enchantment can be obtained like any other enchantment (Enchanting Table, Trading, Loot, etc..)
With a very low cost of 1xp
