By default, a full Minecraft day lasts a mere 20 minutes. With DAtime, that cycle is extended to a realistic 1 hour and 30 minutes IRL.

⚙️ Technical Barometer (How It Works)

The mod disables vanilla time progression (doDaylightCycle = false) and manually increases time by 0.2222 ticks per server tick (= 4.444 ticks/second instead of 20).

✔️ No Performance Hit: Does NOT affect gameplay mechanics.
✔️ Vanilla Speed: Everything else (entities, redstone, combat) stays at standard speed.
✅ Stable 20 TPS: Server runs normally, only the timeOfDay is slowed.
🔄 Full Cycle: 24,000 ticks = 5400 seconds = 90 minutes.

No lag, no desync — just smooth and immersive time control.
