What's new

  • Renamed the in-game tool to DataStick and added its command-block-ended stick texture.
  • Added light-themed entity, block, nearby-entity, EntityEdit, drop, effect, and WorldUI screens.
  • Added entity inspection for names, IDs, UUIDs, health, combat attributes, speed, knockback resistance, possible loot-table drops, equipment, and inventory.
  • Added editable entity names, types, health, attack damage, movement speed, and knockback resistance.
  • Added visual custom-drop selection and potion-effect application.
  • Added entity duplication and persistent non-death deletion with compatibility fallbacks.
  • Added block inspection, editing, deletion, and supported block-entity data editing.
  • Added Shift-right-click entity/block movement and right-click release.
  • Added a 100-block nearby-entity browser, individual deletion, and AllDelete.
  • Added EntityEdit spawn blocking, maximum entity counts, and default stats.
  • Applied EntityEdit stats to new, loaded, and world-restored entities.
  • Added DataStick flight and extensive damage, death, inventory-clear, teleport, and external-command protection.
  • Added death reset and inventory recovery fallback with chat feedback.
  • Added WorldUI structure probability and ore generation controls.
  • Added full regeneration of previously generated chunks with an automatic world backup.
  • Added standard Forge mod-ore detection and support for compatible custom ore configurations, including Mekanism-style ore features.

Fixed

  • Fixed World Refresh failing with Lock is no longer valid.
  • Fixed ore controls not reaching previously generated chunks because regeneration never started.
  • Fixed fractional ore rates such as 50% being rounded back to one generation attempt.
  • Fixed crashes while opening or changing the visual drop editor.
  • Fixed page controls and page-number labels extending outside or overlapping the UI.
  • Fixed edit-screen UUID and runtime ID labels overlapping Apply.
  • Fixed the third-person DataStick holding pose.
  • Improved deletion handling for unusual or persistent modded entities.

Important

  • World Refresh fully replaces generated chunks in every dimension. Builds, containers, placed blocks, and chunk entities are removed. The mod creates an automatic backup first, but a separate manual backup is recommended.
  • DataStick should only be given to trusted administrators on multiplayer servers.
