What's new
Full bilingual server messages (FR/EN)
Every server message now shows in each player's own language: commands (/home, /warp, /mail, /deal, /tpa…), chat, notifications, admin
feedback, zones, and groups. Each message is resolved per recipient through SrvLang.t, and broadcasts go through the new SrvLang.each.
This finishes what was started in v1.4.0. The last four files (DashGameEvents, DashNetworking, ZoneCommand, GroupManager) are covered, around
240 strings. Moderation logs, sanctions, and player-written content (MOTD, zone messages, chat) stay as-is
