Currently it's only a block that slows you down much, and a ball that is very weak. Aswell as Armor that does nothing. The Stuff currently is only available in Creative!!!
It's a still in progress mod, with only a block and a single Item. It's not much currently, but it's ongoing. it will be updated sooner or later, you will just have to wait for it. it will be so much better than the first, and have so much more to give.
