Welcome to Dappled Bears!
This first public release introduces brown bears and their cubs to Minecraft's Dappled Forest biome!
🌲 Features
Natural Spawning: Brown bears spawn exclusively in the Dappled Forest, with a spawn weight of 50.
Bear Families: Adult bears protect their cubs from danger.
Breeding: Use honeycomb to breed bears and produce adorable cubs.
Natural Bear Dens: Discover three different naturally generated den variants throughout the forest.
Sleeping Behaviour: Bears have a 75% chance of sleeping at night and can seek shelter in nearby dens. Cubs sleep near their mothers.
Bee Nest Sniffing: Bears may approach and sniff nearby bee nests.
Loot Drops: Adult bears drop 2–4 leather and 2–5 raw beef.
Custom Models and Textures: Unique adult and baby bear appearances designed to fit Minecraft's vanilla style.
