-Added Rock tentacle phase 2

-Fixed rock phase 2 tentacle spawning on surface bug

-When killing a monster Fever Dream spawns at 0.1% chance by default, if health is below 8 it has a 5% chance and if hunger is below 6 it has a 3%.
