Made the powered gem block glow
Added another visual text to show the cooldown between hits
Added cooldownamt1 and 2 to the reset variables procedure (Resets variables on load of world)
Made the sounds play for all players in a 3 block radius through commands instead of playing the sound in the world (This probably took the longest for no reason)
