Damage Dice Roll

This mod makes all damage have a min max value, like in DND

This mod will make all damage sources range from 60% to 130% of damage,
vs the stock always same damage as in vanilla minecraft.

This applies to every damage source to every target, making it more like a DND 
experience, with rng.
