D&S Heartstone — Distribution and Use Terms
All Rights Reserved, except for the permissions below.

1. You may download and use the officially distributed mod free of charge to play Minecraft, including on a Minecraft server.
2. You may include the unmodified mod in modpacks distributed through CurseForge, using CurseForge's reference to the official project file. This permission does not authorize a separate re-upload of the mod.
3. Modifications to the mod's code or project-specific assets, and separate redistribution or re-upload of the mod or its assets, require prior permission from the D&S Heartstone authors, except as permitted above or by applicable law.
4. These terms apply to D&S Heartstone and its project-specific content. Minecraft, Forge, and other third-party components remain subject to their respective terms and licenses.
