Complete rewrite:

-Added a GUI to add/remove trades (Even from existing villagers!).

-Data is saved to Json files.

-GUI with extensive information about the trades.

-Fixed issue where the transformation percentage wasn't calculated correctly

-Added trade "modes": EG. The 'Add random enchantment' (Enchants the first item in the trade with a random enchantment)mode,

  or the 'Random enchanted book' mode (Trades items for a random enchanted book)

-Added option to set a 'chance' that the trade will appear.

-Added option to stop the "shuffeling" of trades, to let them appear in a set order.

-Some extra features I probably forgot. :)
