Set the window title, icon, title bar colors and window size from one config file. Separate titles for menus, singleplayer and multiplayer, with pack version, world or server name. Client-side.

What's new
- The saved window size and position moved from config/customtitleicon/ to customtitleicon/ in the game folder, so it no longer ends up in modpack exports by accident. The old file is moved automatically.
