What's new
- Moved most of the code for showing rarity editor to ApocalypseLib.
- ScrollableGrid MAX_SLOTS was optimized with latest ApocalypseLib which also optimize RarityJS editor.
- When using the editor, now show and use real minecraft rarity (through it's still using custom rarity internally).
- Texture for the editor and dropdown was moved to apocalypselib to avoid importing files for each mod.
