compiled binaries (e.g., `.jar` files), source code, assets, textures, models,
sounds, configuration files, documentation, and any other materials made

**"Licensor"** means BryBry154, the copyright holder of the
Software.
**"You"** (or "Your") means the individual or legal entity exercising rights
under this License.
**"Independent Module"** means a module that is not derived from or based on
the Software, and that interoperates with the Software solely by means of
the public programming interfaces (classes, methods, fields, events, and
other symbols) exposed by the Software on the Java classpath.
**"Derivative Work"** means any work that is based on, modified from,

whole or in any substantial part. For the avoidance of doubt, and as further
described in Section 3, an Independent Module that is combined with the

documentation update, or other material You intentionally submit to the
Licensor for inclusion in the Software (for example, by opening a pull

## 2. Grant of Rights

worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license

**(a) Personal Use.** Download, install, and use the Software for Your own
personal, non-commercial gameplay, including on private servers You operate
or participate in.
**(b) Study.** Read and study the Software's source code (where made
available by the Licensor) for personal educational purposes.
**(c) Submit Contributions.** Submit Contributions to the Licensor under
the terms of Section 5.
The right to develop and distribute Independent Modules that link against
the Software is granted separately under Section 3.

## 3. Classpath Linking Exception
As a special permission, and notwithstanding any other provision of this
License, You may develop, compile, distribute, and publicly release
Independent Modules that link against the Software on the Java classpath

under which You distribute Your Independent Module, **provided that:**
**(a)** Your Independent Module is genuinely independent — it is Your own

## 4. Restrictions

**(f)** Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except
(i) strictly to the extent necessary to develop an Independent Module
under Section 3, or (ii) to the extent such restriction is prohibited by
applicable law.
**(g)** Use the Software, or any portion of it, as training data, input,
or evaluation material for a machine-learning model, or for any other form
of automated content generation, without the Licensor's prior written
permission.
**(h)** Use the Licensor's name, logo, or trademarks to endorse or promote
any product without the Licensor's prior written permission, except for
the factual compatibility statements permitted by Section 3(c).

## 5. Contributions
If You submit a Contribution to the Licensor:
**(a)** You represent that the Contribution is Your original work, or
that You otherwise have the right to submit it under the terms of this
License, and that no third party has rights in the Contribution that would
be inconsistent with the rights granted in this Section.
**(b)** You grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare
derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and
distribute Your Contribution and such derivative works as part of the
Software, under this License or any future license the Licensor chooses
to apply to the Software.
**(c)** You also grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, irrevocable patent license, under any patent claims You own
or control that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution alone or
in combination with the Software, to make, use, sell, offer for sale,
import, and otherwise transfer Your Contribution as part of the Software.
**(d)** You waive, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any
moral rights or similar rights You may have in the Contribution that would
prevent the Licensor from exercising the rights granted in this Section.
**(e)** Contributions are accepted at the Licensor's sole discretion. The
Licensor is under no obligation to incorporate any Contribution.

## 6. Permission Requests
Any use not granted by this License including, but not limited to,
redistribution, modpack inclusion, the creation of Derivative Works, or
commercial use requires the Licensor's prior written permission.

## 7. Termination
This License, and the rights granted under it, terminate automatically and
without notice if You breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must
immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in Your
possession or control. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
The classpath linking permission granted in Section 3 with respect to
Independent Modules You have already publicly distributed in good-faith
compliance with this License prior to termination shall continue with
respect to those previously distributed Independent Modules, but no further
linking, distribution, or use of the Software itself is permitted after
termination.

## 10. Third-Party Rights
This License does not grant any rights with respect to Minecraft, Mojang
Studios, Microsoft, or any third-party mod loaders, libraries, or APIs. Your
use of those products and platforms is governed by their respective licenses
and terms of service, and You are solely responsible for compliance with

**(a) Severability.** If any provision of this License is held
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and
effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum

this License is not a waiver of the right to enforce that or any other
provision in the future.
