CurveBuilding 0.7.0-alpha.1 for Fabric 26.1 - 26.3
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
General
- Fixed the curve length being overestimated by about 0.87 blocks per curve segment. This affects the length shown after
//bcand thecurve.max-set-lengthcheck, so curves close to the limit are no longer rejected too early.
Plugin
- Supported versions: Bukkit
1.20.2 to 26.3
Mod
- Supported versions: Fabric
1.21.10,1.21.11,26.1 to 26.3 - Fabric builds are available again (the last one was for 1.21.4 in 0.6.5), one jar per range of Minecraft versions: the
26.1-26.3jar runs on every version from 26.1 to 26.3. - Fixed a crash at startup when the mod is installed through a launcher (
FileSystemAlreadyExistsExceptionwhile copying the default files). - The curve preview is drawn correctly together with water, glass and other translucent blocks, also with Improved Transparency on.
- If the preview cannot be drawn on the running Minecraft version, it is turned off with an error in the log instead of crashing the game.
- Known issue: on 26.1 to 26.2 with Improved Transparency on, the preview drawn through walls (the default) and filled blocks look faded in front of water.
- Known issue:
//bcposdoes not suggest the position type and direction arguments.
For Developers
- The Bukkit plugin and the Fabric mod are built from one Gradle build (Gradle 9, JDK 25 and 21), and every supported Minecraft version is built from
mainwith Stonecutter. - Releases are built by CI. The release files include
SHA256SUMS, and each jar has a build provenance attestation:gh attestation verify <jar> --repo kous500/CurveBuilding. - Development builds are named after the latest release and the commit, for example
0.7.0-alpha.1-3-g1234567. - Added contributing guidelines (CONTRIBUTING.md) and CI for pull requests.
