Changes to Dirtmonds: Instead of dropping diamonds Dirtmonds drop... well Dirtmonds

And with these Dirtmonds you wash them with a water bucket and make a semi clean

Diamond and with the semi clean Diamond you smelt it to get a normal Diamond.
