What's new

- Added burnoutQuotes gamerule (default: false) (WIP)
  Currently only plays a quote for the Limitless technique.
  More quotes for other techniques coming soon (if you like this feature, let me know!)

- Added jackpotDamageMultiplier gamerule (default: 100)
  Adjusts the damage of Hakari's abilities while Jackpot is active
  Ex: /gamerule jackpotDamageMultiplier 80 (reduces damage by 20%)

  (I added this for server owners who want to "balance" Hakari during Jackpot)
