Doubles the chances of obtaining a specific binding vow in the next pull, in exchange of 3x cost, and 2x cost in the next one after the lucky pull.
Secret: If you choose soul divide and have binding vow merchant equipped, it adds extra 1% chance for it to come.

Made Heavenly Restriction users unnable to do sacrifice vows
Increased soul divide chances (0.1%->1%)
Nerfed CE Sacrifice
Buffed Body Sacrifice
Made CE Sacrifices lower max mastery from CE
Made Body Sacrifices remove mastery from Melee
Made sacrifice reset when the technique is switched.
