Adds in an option to increase difficulty in the game without dramatically changing the game for everyone else.

What's new
-Extra Block drops now uses the tag "curse:bonus" & by default only includes redstone, lapis, diamond, emerald, & coal ore blocks.
-Extra Block drops is now 35% chance per bonus roll instead of 35% for up to two extra rolls maxed.
