This license applies to the original Cursed Blade source code, compiled binaries, artwork, models, animations, audio, documentation, and other original content, excluding third-party materials governed by their own terms.
## 1. Free use
You may download, install, and play official releases of Cursed Blade free of charge, including in single-player, multiplayer, and private or public servers.
You may share official, unmodified copies of Cursed Blade directly with other individuals, provided the original copyright and license notices remain intact. This permits sharing an official JAR with friends, but not posting it as a public standalone download or mirror.
You may modify configuration files and use external datapacks, scripts, resource packs, or other supported customization mechanisms.
## 2. Addons and integrations
You may create, publish, distribute, and maintain independent addons, integrations, and compatibility projects that interact with Cursed Blade.
You may choose your own license and distribution model for your independent creations, including monetization where permitted by Minecraft's policies, applicable laws, and relevant platform rules.
These permissions do not authorize copying or redistributing Cursed Blade's protected code or assets as part of another project.
## 3. Modpacks
You may include and distribute official, unmodified copies of Cursed Blade in public or private modpacks.
You may customize modpack gameplay through configurations, datapacks, scripts, addons, and other external systems.
Modpack creators may choose their own distribution terms, including monetization where otherwise permitted.
Existing copyright notices and license information must remain intact.
## 4. Content creation
You may create, publish, and monetize videos, screenshots, livestreams, reviews, tutorials, and other media featuring Cursed Blade, subject to applicable third-party rights and platform rules.
## 5. Restrictions
Without separate authorization from the copyright holder, you may not:
- Publish or redistribute modified versions of Cursed Blade's original JAR, source code, or assets.
- Publicly host, mirror, or reupload Cursed Blade as a standalone download without prior written authorization. This does not restrict direct sharing permitted by Section 1 or unmodified modpack inclusion under Section 3.
- Incorporate Cursed Blade's protected code, textures, models, sounds, or animations into another project.
- Claim ownership of Cursed Blade's original copyrighted material.
- Misrepresent unofficial projects or addons as official Cursed Blade releases.
These restrictions do not prohibit direct sharing of official unmodified copies, expressly permitted distribution within modpacks, normal configuration changes, independent addons, or actions permitted by applicable law.
## 6. Third-party materials
Some components may be supplied under separate licenses, including CC0 1.0 materials; NeoForge and Forge MDK/template components under LGPL-2.1; and Fabric and Quilt MDK/template components under Apache-2.0.
Their original licenses continue to apply. Nothing in this license restricts rights independently granted under those licenses.
## 7. Project identity
Independent addons and integrations may identify themselves as compatible with Cursed Blade, but must not falsely claim official endorsement or affiliation.
## 8. Disclaimer
Cursed Blade is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The copyright holder disclaims liability for damages arising from use of the software to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All permissions remain subject to applicable laws and the relevant Minecraft terms and usage guidelines.
