Are you tired of mods where the "powerful" gear is just... good? Cursed Artifacts changes that. This mod introduces a collection of items that grant you immense power, but at the cost of your dignity, your movement, or your sanity.

Built for NeoForge, this mod is perfect for SMPs where you want to troll your friends or challenge yourself with mechanics that are technically helpful, but mostly just chaotic.

⚔️ The Artifacts

1. The "Slippery Slope" Boots ⛸️

Speed is key. Stopping is optional.

• The Buff: You run 3x faster than a normal player. You are speed.

• The Curse: The friction on every single block is set to 0.99 (worse than Blue Ice). Once you start moving, you will slide for eternity. Good luck trying to parkour. 

2. The Discord Moderator Chestplate 🛡️

Kitten, I'm tanking.

• The Buff: Immense Knockback Resistance and Diamond-level protection. You are an immovable object.

• The Curse: You cannot sprint. Ever. Also, you constantly emit "snacking" sounds (crunching/eating) that nearby players can hear.

⚙️ Installation & Requirements

1. Download and install the recommended version of NeoForge.

2. Drop the CursedArtifacts.jar into your .minecraft/mods folder.

3. Launch the game and regret your choices.

Q: Is this balanced? A: Absolutely not. That is the point.

Q: Can I use this in my modpack? A: Yes, please do. I want to see people suffering on ice boots.
