Cubes Without Borders Vulkan

A fork of Cubes Without Borders with full VulkanMod support.

Play Minecraft in a borderless fullscreen window while using the Vulkan renderer. Keep Minecraft open while interacting with other applications on different monitors, or place other windows over the game without Minecraft minimizing.

Usage

1. Open Video Settings.
2. Set Fullscreen to the third option: Borderless.

When VulkanMod is installed, it replaces Minecraft's default Video Settings screen. This fork adds the Fullscreen option back into VulkanMod's settings, replacing the old Window Mode option.

What's Different From The Original?

• Removed Sodium support and added VulkanMod support instead.
• Added compatibility with VulkanMod's rewritten window and video settings system.
• Uses a higher-priority mixin to handle VulkanMod's window management changes and recreate the swapchain whenever the window changes.
• Replaces VulkanMod's Window Mode option with this mod's Fullscreen option.
• Fabric and Quilt only (VulkanMod is Fabric-only). Forge and NeoForge support has been removed.
• Without VulkanMod installed, it works exactly like the original Cubes Without Borders.

Compatibility

• Fabric and Quilt only.
• Do not install this mod together with the original Cubes Without Borders.
• VulkanMod does not provide builds for Minecraft 1.21.6, 1.21.7, and 1.21.8.
  On these versions, this mod still provides borderless fullscreen support, but without Vulkan rendering.
