What's new

-Dedicated server compatibility fix: payload registration/handling split so server-side paths do not load client GUI classes.

-Network handshake fix: restored common registration of calmtheleaks:s2c_panel so clients no longer fail with “channel missing on server side.”

-Panel open logic remains client-only while keeping common networking classloading safe for dedicated servers.
